Panjo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eespe.u-psud.fr\/enseignants\/henri-panjo.html\" rel=\"alternate\">\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eespe.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Henri_Panjo_Web.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"106\" height=\"111\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>1 semaine temps complet du 30 juin au 04 juillet 2025<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ui-accordion-header ui-helper-reset ui-state-active ui-corner-top\">OBJECTIFS<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\">\n<p>Dans les \u00e9tudes longitudinales o\u00f9 l\u2019on mesure pour diff\u00e9rents individus \u00e0 des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances successives une r\u00e9ponse biologique ou clinique, il est possible de mod\u00e9liser l\u2019\u00e9volution de cette r\u00e9ponse au cours du temps ainsi que l\u2019influence des caract\u00e9ristiques des sujets sur cette \u00e9volution. Cependant il existe une corr\u00e9lation entre les mesures d\u2019un m\u00eame sujet qui devra \u00eatre prise en compte dans l\u2019analyse statistique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de ce module est de pr\u00e9senter, d\u2019une fa\u00e7on pratique et appliqu\u00e9e, les m\u00e9thodes et les mod\u00e8les statistiques les plus utilis\u00e9s pour analyser ce type de donn\u00e9es : d\u2019une part, les mod\u00e8les mixtes et d\u2019autre part, les mod\u00e8le GEE (Generalized Estimating Equations).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"ui-accordion-header ui-helper-reset ui-state-active ui-corner-top\">PROGRAMME<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\">\n<ul>\n<li>Caract\u00e9ristiques des donn\u00e9es longitudinales et implications<\/li>\n<li>Mod\u00e9lisation des \u00e9volutions moyennes (donn\u00e9es continues et discr\u00e8tes)<\/li>\n<li>Utilisations des mod\u00e8les \u00e0 effets mixtes<\/li>\n<li>Utilisations des mod\u00e8les marginaux et GEE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"ui-accordion-header ui-helper-reset ui-state-active ui-corner-top\">MODALITES PRATIQUES<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\">\n<p>Les applications seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les logiciels STATA et R.
